Hatha Yoga
All levels of yoga practitioners are invited to attend this class. Various postures will stretch tight muscles to reduce tension, free the joints, strengthen muscles, gain stability, improve circulation, and postural alignment. Modifications are taught to accommodate challenges in postural alignment. Our awareness of diaphragmatical breath is key to mental clarity, stress reduction, and improved energy.
Classes are held Wednesday evenings 5:30pm – 6:45pm, and Saturday mornings 10:30am – 11:45am, the first three Wednesdays & Saturdays of each month.
To attend please wear non-binding clothing, bare feet, and mat required. Classes are taught by Pai Mana Li through the Himalayan Institutes tradition.
Student rate is $10 per class, non-student rate is $12. Family rates and class cards are available.
